Must store clean dishes in designated areas such as cabinets or shelves.
Should clean kitchen counters, sinks and walls to ensure a clean work area. Must sweep kitchen floors and take out trash as needed. Trash cans should also be cleaned with water or steam to prevent unsanitary conditions.
The dishwasher must provide storage for food and other items and load and unload trucks delivering or picking up produce.
They must assist with food preparation as needed.
